New Capital Gains Tax Reporting Guidance

The changes to reporting of capital gains on the disposal of residential property came in on 6 April 2020. This link takes you to guidance from HMRC. You will note that to give time to adapt to the new procedures HMRC will, by concession, not be imposing penalties up to 31 July.
